Weddings are always filled with adorable and pretty details that we love! Mitali and Siddharth’s wedding was just that and more. They had a dreamy wedding in Pune, which had a ton of style and lot of creative details. From the jewellery to the actual venue of the wedding, we loved a zillion things at this wedding which was shot by Gaatha . This wedding ticks almost everything off a marathi wedding checklist. Here are our top 10 favourite things from this wedding!
The Wedding Venue Was A Heritage Wada
The couple wanted a traditional Maharashtrian wedding, which is why they picked a lovely wada (heritage Maharashtrian mansion) versus a regular resort or hotel. We loved the traditional and old-world charm that it had and how it transcended to their wedding!
The Bride Donned Three Different Bridal Maharashtrian Looks
From the traditional hirvi saadi (green saree) to the more contemporary bridal red benarasi saree, Mitali styled her bridal looks around 3 different styles. She wore two nauvari sarees in bridal green and yellow and then a beautiful red shalu (benarasi) for her reception look!
Siddharth Had Three Different Looks as Well!
For his first look he wore a bright blue outfit while his second look was more traditional with a royal peshwai angarkha. For the reception he went with a gorgeous ivory gold outfit that had our heart!
For Décor, They Went With Traditional Gendaphool Décor
To give the wada aesthetic Maharashtrian look they covered it genda phool garlands, wooden pillars for the mandap for more homely feel.
The Bride Wore Such Steal-Worthy And Gorgeous Bridal Jewellery
There is something so likeable about traditional Maharashtrian jewellery that we can’t explain. From her pearl nath, kolhapuri saaj to her chinchpeti necklace, every bit of her jewellery was beautiful!
And so did the groom!
Did you think that Siddharth was going to be left behind? Siddharth wore a Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj waghnakh pendant that was so unique and beautiful! For his reception look he also donned a fab tourmaline string necklace!

Mitali’s mehendi had the most adorable motifs that had us going awwwww!

The couple had a royal peshwa theme keeping in mind a typical Maharashtrian wedding. ‘मराठमोळं लग्न’ as we call it!
