Celebrity brides are really pulling out all the stops, one bride at a time. After Kiara Advani and Athiya Shetty wowed us with their weddings, now it's Alanna Pandey, daughter of Deanne Pandey and Ananya Pandey's cousin who stunned us. There were so many things in her wedding and pre wedding functions that stood out for us, from dreamy decor to amazing outfits and so many small little additions!
Here are 10 things we loved about Alanna Pandey & Ivor McCray's wedding.
1. Alanna's Stunning Bridal Outfits
Perhaps our most fave thing about Alanna's wedding was her choice of bridal outfits. The vibe of all her pre wedding celebrations matched the outfits, and if there was one thing that was common throughout was how effortlessly elegant and dainty they all were!
Mehendi - Rahul Mishra
Haldi- Papa Don't Preach & Payal Singhal
Wedding- Manish Malhotra
Reception- Falguni Shane Peacock
She really did pull off the whole 'fairytale princess' look to perfection.
2. That Trailing Bridal Veil
Alanna had a long trailing veil with her gorgeous chikankari lehenga, and the delicate addition of the petal edges on the border added so much character to it!
3. Very Natural Bridal Makeup & Unique Hairdos
Alanna's makeup by Shraddha Luthra was dewy and fresh during every function, which complimented her very youthful personality and made her look very natural. Instead of buns and braids, she had her hair open, which added to the whole effortlessly elegant look.
4. Alanna's Minimal Jewellery
Looked like she really had fun with the jewellery, but it was all very simple and elegant with just earrings and a maangtikka. On the wedding day, she layered the neck with two statement chokers from Manish Malhotra’s collection and paired them with some beautiful earrings along with a dainty maangtika, very subtle and beautiful!
5. Minimal Mehendi & Dainty Personalised Kaleere
Alanna's bridal mehendi was a jewellery mehendi design, which was very minimal but popped against the ivory lehenga so well. Her Kaliras by Mrinalini Chandra were also themed around an enchanted forest like the wedding decor- stardust and everything mystical. The white gold Fairytale kaliras were handcrafted & decorated with tiny magical details like four edged sparkly stars, tiny Humming birds for good luck, mystical fairy dust from a magic wand & cherubs blessing joy! The white gold dipped kalira was made in mix metal alloy by the veteran karigars of Jaipur & Lucknow and it took over a month to make!
6. Unique Decor & Themes Complementing The Outfits
Something that really stood out for us when it came to Alanna's wedding and pre wedding functions was how gorgeous and well-thought of the decor was! Everything was dreamy and planned beautifully to the last detail, and everything had a theme running through it, with even the outfits and the decor matched to perfection!
Bridal Brunch
The decor for the bridal brunch was very chic- with a pastel theme that cute little elements all around. Loved the ice cream shaped floral cart for a photobooth!
Haldi
Alanna's home was transformed into the cutest little Italian farmer's market for the Haldi. Alanna worked with the @thea3project for almost a year to make her vision come to life! From little favour baskets with organic goodies displayed on wood shelves for the guests to a little gelato stand with freshly made ice cream and a long grazing table in the middle to start of the celebration with an intimate brunch- everything was just so fabulous! They even had a flower stand where guests could make their own bouquets to take home! The backyard featured an olive tasting bar and the most beautiful gradient floral wall. There was also a live pizza station and bar with Italian themed drinks.
Wedding
Aptly termed 'White Whispers' by @thea3project, the wedding decor was inspired by the idea of bringing to life a fairytale setting. The hall was transformed into a magical garden filled with lush white florals & wild greens with twinkling lights on the aisle to create a dazzling & dreamy setting. The mandap featured a deconstructed acrylic arched arranged in a semi-circular ring to create a cosy gazebo with greens and in-lit birds hanging overhead. A long mirror aisle lined with flowers and twinkling garden lights reflected the wild beauty of the mandap as Alanna walked down the aisle to meet Ivor.
7. Alanna's Simple Yet Wholesome Bridal Entry
When everyone around gets teary-eyed, you know that's a wholesome bridal entry done right!
8. Pretty Mogra Jaimalas
Instead of contrasting their jaimalas to the outfits, they kept it elegant and matched them instead. Oversized jaimalas with multiple layers of morgra strings looked very pretty.
9. This Cute Moment
The cute exchange between the panditji after he mispronounced the groom's name, and the entire family chanting shlokas together- adorable!
10. Ananya Pandey's Bridesmaid Looks
Bridal Brunch- Saaksha Kinni
Mehendi- Amit Aggarwal
Wedding- Manish Malhotra
Reception- Tarun Tahiliani

Her looks were also kept in mind matching every function's theme- and all of them were very dainty choices! We also liked how she experimented with her hair at every event.
