Overall a great experience! Meena and Divya were amazing managing things. decoration by Namrata and moments decor team was out of the world! Just one of the staff members was rude to the photographers and messed up some dinner serving scene.

A very good place and a 5 star hotel to plan and organise your wedding. The people and staff there are very cooperative and it's very warm. They have big hall, open place and amazing quality and state of food.

The venue made pretty amazing arrangements and everything went very smooth with them. I have high words of praise for their services and hospitality. All our guests seemed to enjoy the wedding.Great services provided by them.

Horrible shocking hospitality !! I called the hotel multiple times in order to do a group and banquet booking, each time I was transferred to the room reservation personnel who reassured me that another associate would call me back in half an hour , 10 mins and finally after 5 mins . I received no call. Finally I was directed to speak to Amreen Khan at the Banquet’s office, who further passed the phone around to 3 or more people forcing me each and every time to explain what i was calling about. Her lack of interest, basic knowledge of her job and her unprofessional attitude was appalling. Shockingly, she failed to understand either Hindi nor English , yet she s part of sale ? Human Resources needs to re consider their hiring process. Hospitality management is about catering to the needs of guests, assuring quality service. Piccadilly is a wonderful property sans their illiterate, uncouth, unprofessional, unscrupulous staff !

By now, I have seen about hundreds of venues for my own wedding but I have not come across a management so rude, stubborn and with such airs! First, the receptionist asked me to go and find my own way to the banquet sales office. After I reach there, somehow, whoever that concerned person was asked me to wait outside. I patiently waited for fifteen minutes before my fiance goes again to ask if he will be able to attend to us, because he seemed busy. He asked him to wait, rudely. We waited for another twenty odd minutes and then I go again and he had all the audacity to be unapologetic for keeping us waiting for such a long time and says to wait for some more time. I walked out. I, till now, have encountered loads of vendors for everything for my wedding. No where, small or big vendors, I have encountered such atrocious behavior. If things work out good, if they don't, a polite refusal is what I have faced. Just an honest feedback to save you from some frustration and humiliation.
