It was an okay experience hosting my wedding here. The saleshead is very manipulative. one tip to all is that get everything in writing from them, The property is beatiful no doubt but they need to improve their services

The most beautiful property that fit all our requirements. We both wanted a palatial feel to our wedding with all the modern luxuries our guests could enjoy. The property was a perfect blend of all we could ask for. Source

What's good - spacious rooms - Aravali pavilion a-la carte food was really good. Mr Manoj there was very welcoming - Deepak, the security guard at the entrance was very welcoming and helped show us the right spots for some really nice pictures to capture the beauty of the palace What's ugly - buffet food is hopeless (both lunch and breakfast) - at the breakfast, we asked for boiled egg for the baby near the counters. We were directed to go back to our table and request there. When we did that, we were asked to go back to the counter and order. Basically no coordination, and no one knew how/ where to order. Same happened when we asked for omelette and dosa! - housekeeping service was very slow and erratic. Requested for shampoo, got after an hour. On the second call, the attendant argued he'd sent them, and I'd to repeat twice that they sent foaming bath tubes instead. When asked for 'multiple' bath salts, got only 'one'. Had to ask again, but again got only one (I have a little one who was enjoying tub bath, but somehow these guys had an issue giving bath salts - the golf course tour wasn't accessible saying there's a tournament. Staff should've informed the day we checked in and when the guest relations manager was telling us about facilities, because it was apparently accessible that day and not the next. Had we known we could have planned accordingly. So what was the point of mentioning it to us when introducing facilities when it wasn't accessible - I requested for a change of dates, owing to some last minute surprise birthday plan by my family - was not entertained - As an alternative, asked to shift the dinner meal (because that's when we had to step out for the family surprise) to lunch the next day - that was also straight blunt refused first saying the hotel is running full occupancy. So then when I asked if they'd say no to ordering a-la carte at one of the restaurants, then suddenly the manager agreed to shifting the meal - no arrangement for high tea, which most of the other hotels do as a practice - had gone to celebrate my birthday, and as a gesture was expecting for a small cake (mostly hotels do that). They rather sent me an email with cake rates!! Really really surprising for such a luxurious property to be doing that - mostly hotels themselves offer and ask for any special food needs for the kid, but the staff here was just not forthcoming in general All in all a beautiful property, but the services are very poor! Have had much better overall experience at properties like Taj Damdama and Westin Sohna. Much more hospitable, accommodating and friendly!

I could not have imagined a better venue than this place. They truly made it a royal wedding. And the icing on the cake was that each room came with a private pool for all guests to unwind.Source

We would highly recommend the hospitality team at the hotel. ITC is known for their food and beverage, but they went above and beyond our expectations.Source

Absolutely stunning and royal property. It has the convenience of being a short drive from Delhi and made the perfect staycation wedding without guests having to fly to experience something this grand. The property gives full justice to its name! ITC service was impeccable! they made our stay so comfortable and memorable. Source
