Bakwaas. My wedding was hosted there last year during covid. Due to change in management they tortured me and my family for the advance payment that was already made to the last management staff managing the hotel services. The new management is very rude and shows gundagardi in their attitude. The services that were promised for the event also missed a lot of things and were not upto the mark. Overall central park people managed to turn my beautiful event into a sour experience for me and my family. These people are not focussed on customer experience but are only money-oriented.
