Excellent hotel in a gorgeous setting, with excellent food and service. Must go at least once. Perfect for weddings with a huge dining capacity.

On the weekend, I attended a wedding celebration; given the 5 star rating, the service could have been more attentive, if not spectacular. Due to understaffing, food service at the buffet was slow even with less than 200 people. I also went to the permit rooms on the top level, but the service was unimpressive and lacklustre.

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location. My friend's wedding took place here. The atmosphere is fantastic both indoors and out. The stage was properly set. The food was also excellent. The staff were quite polite and helpful. There is valet parking available. The Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Centre is directly across the street.

I recently attended a friend's wedding. PODM events carried out the programme. The stage and decorations were fantastic. The chandelier inside the hall was stunning. The maintenance and employees are extremely attentive. This location is far too beautiful to host further events such as weddings. However, if you intend to host more than 1500 people, you should reconsider.

The hotel is, indeed, larger than life!! The lobby as you enter is classic Hyatt!!! I was here to do a reconnaissance as a wedding planner!!! The venue inventory is exceptional. Rooms that have been meticulously curated. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. When it comes to dining, you'll know you're in a Hyatt when you see those live stations at each restaurant whipping up some incredibly tasty meals. The view of the bay from the lobby is spectacular. Everything in this Hyatt is grand, as the name implies.

On August 28, 2020, I will officiate at my son's wedding. It was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was fantastic. Furthermore, the service provided by the workers was amazing. Excellent hotel for large gatherings such as wedding receptions. Has a large enough space to accommodate a large number of guests. The construction and facilities are of exceptional excellence. They even have large prayer rooms. Even the restrooms are spacious.

Fantastic hotel with thorough facilities and huge rooms with breathtaking ocean views. There are plenty of king-size bathrooms with good toiletries. Huge closets for a hotel room. There is no air conditioning or a fan in the restrooms, which is necessary in the Kochi environment and especially while marketing as a wedding destination, as females ruin their make-up due to the heat, water pressure is low in the showers, and the shampoo quality does not maintain the hair bouncy. However, this was one of the greatest sites we toured, with every location being King size, including the banquets and the grass. The best wedding destination hotel.

Today was a fantastic experience at the Grand Hyatt. Our eighth wedding anniversary was to be held here. We had an incredible remarkable day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The atmosphere was so fantastic that you wouldn't think it was in Kochi. Especially nice is the view of the lake. We had a great time that evening. Despite the fact that it was our eighth year together, we had never celebrated like this before. The food served was excellent, with a delectable taste. My spouse and child had a great day as well. Mr. Vishnu and Babu from the staff were excellent and helped to make our day memorable. Many thanks to Grand Hyatt and its employees. It was another another enjoyable evening.

Amazing property, excellent location, and the entire team members made us feel at home. For the first time in a long time, there are no complaints. We celebrated our second wedding anniversary here, and everyone from the property manager to the check-out personnel was amazing in their kindness. Srijana guest relationship was with us whenever we sought her service, as was her colleague Nidhi, who took us around the entire property. Mr. Prem team lead of thai restaurant you made our special day extra special, making everything perfect from our dinner to cake cutting, amazing effort prem keep it up. I had a wonderful wedding ceremony for a family friend's daughter. Great cuisine, a comfortable stay, a helpful team, lovely landscape, and well-kept grounds.

This area is a hidden gem at the hotel. The interiors they've done is so beautiful I barely wanted anything else to be added to the venue. It was probably the only wedding held at the area as it's a party space, but I felt like it was the perfect space for the wedding considering the limited guest list. This space saved me from having a wedding in a huge hall that looked half empty. Everyone knows how amazing their food is.Source

Grand Hyatt has the best ballrooms with an amazing lake view which really added on to our traditional themed wedding and we got really beautiful pictures there.Source

It was very nice! Food was really nice. They had a new convention centre that had opened up and ours was the first function there. Staff was very helpful
