Divine Vatika aur Kiyara Restaurant (Naini near DPS School )ek hi owner ka hai,pure Allahabad me sbse jayada vahiyat service dene vala guest house hai ye.. Jab tk advance nhi doge tb tk KULDEEP MISHRA aur SASHIKANT MISHRA aapki har requirements puri karne ka dava karenge.jaise hi paise tranfer honge inke account me ye dono apne rang dhikhana suru kr dete hain.aur itne rudely baat krte hain jaise mano guest house deke ahsaan kr rhe hain..jhoot pe jhoot aur paise k uper paise ki demand krenge,kabi bolenge electricity ka alag charge hoga, utensils ka alag charge lagega,service providers ka alag lagega ..ye sari baate aapko advance dene ke 1-2 mahine baad bataya jayega...aur receipt dene me 1 mahine laga denge... decoration k naam par extra 20 thousand liye the aur decoration bilkul vahiyat gober jaisi...khana plate system tha..uspe bhi itna ganda khana aur service thi..itni gandgi guest house me aur itne mosquito washroom me ..jiski koi hadd nhi...bss paisa mila Kuldeep gayab..uske baad sadi me kya service mil rhi hai usse koi matlb nhi ...koi dhekne vala nhi...hamare guest jitne bhi aaye unme se majority aaj bimaar hain ya ghar me bed rest pe hain. It's my humble request to everyone,never ever book this place for any function,we had a worst experience and don't want anyone else to waste their hard earn money..

Divine Vatika a worst place to ruin all your events,dreams and money...owners/managers (shashikant mishra & Kuldeep Mishra) kept to frame,disguise and befool you with their false promises till you pay them the advance amount. Once you pay the token amount they will behave as if they have done a favour by giving the booking and your follow up starts from that moment for receipt and all. Especially the person named kuldeep Mishra will drag you to a position where you will think that you have made a mistake by booking this venue. Now comes the FOOD ....this will give you nightmares even after many years from the event. Right after advance payment these people will throw so many tantrums to take food arrangements from their so called restaurant on per plate basis i.e kiyara restaurant which I don't even like calling a restaurant...food quality is at the bottom moreover their staff and services will be so bad and rude that you'll regret sitting down to have food. These people are shameless, very unprofessional and rude in their dealings. At every moment they will try to change your plans and requirements into something that is convenient for them and laters they won't even bother delivering even a bit of what they have promised. Now comes decoration...this I can bet that you'll get better than this at any roadside celebration. The same old decoration they will carry on for many events which is torn and tattered & full of dust inspite of charging you extra for decoration. Now about the tips....the staff here is so shameless that they know how they have served all during your event and still have the guts to pressurize you to hand them a huge tip and good feedback. Really pathetic condition. Don't ever fall in trap of these money mongers who will not leave a single opportunity to milk out money from you unethical manner. The person dealing with you before you pay the advance in my case Kuldeep Mishra won't be available at the day of the event and they will blame their utter mismanagement over poor communication. Don't ever ever ever think of booking this place if you want to remember your occasion for anything good and if you don't have spare money to give to these looters.
