Worst experience with Deewan Palace. We made a booking with them for my wedding on April 16 2020, and made some advance payment, but due to lockdown the place got closed and we moved the date for wedding. When the lock down got over , the gathering for such functions was limited, so we discussed with owner to offer a new package for limited crowd, but he simply denied, and said he want full payment as it was discussed before pandamic. No cooperation from the owners side. He simply denied to offer the place for short gathering and also denied to make a refund of the advanced payment made by us. Later he also stopped picking our call. They just speak sweetly when you go there for booking, but once they receive money in their pocket, they don’t even bother about customers needs. Not recommend at all!
