Waste decoreter please don't go with this property.I never see this type of decreater They charged Sound system price & wire less mic price. So people can imagine how they are charging.

Had a very bad experience with Aahwanam and Vajra events,decorbook. You will be bound to take their decor and they always try to squeeze money for some silly reasons like running the generator, paying up commission for local police etc. despite paying huge money for their service. I had my wedding in December and never choosing this venue for any events.they failed to give the venue on time and all my plans were failed. They have the audacity to charge me the original amount despite the failures. Bad decor and when asked about the output,the person(Navya) simply says that vendor didn't understand the pictures.smh. They will have answers for all the bad reviews but none of them are genuine. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.

I would give less than a half star if I had the option to. The location is beautiful and since we were looking for an outdoor wedding we instantly loved the garden area, but little did we know that the management and the event vendors were horrible! management tricked us into signing the contract giving us a word that the event management company will do the decoration in whatever budget we ask, later they left us with no choice but choose the event management company that they endorse, who are charging triple the prices when compared to the outside event management companies. When we asked for certain outlook and decor, they have been talking very lowly of us, that our budget is too low and that they don't even take orders that low. Any how since we were left with no option, as they kind of blackmailed us if we went for other people from outside, we agreed to give them the contract. on the D day, the dining hall didn't have working AC and all the guests were really frustrated. when we asked the event manager Arun, he got furious and went straight to the dias where the reception was going on and started creating a scene, and DEMANDED MONEY from the groom right there. And when we didn't give in, he went away and turned out the lights in the venue. it was so humiliating to both the families! and the lights were turned on only after that guy received the money. the newlyweds were very disappointed and felt humiliated with all this fuss, their big day ended with such nonsense, nobody would like to go through such cheap arguments on their big day. the event management company : Vajra Events, people responsible : Arun and Vaishali if you're still in the business after this, learn to respect your clients opinions and comments when the event is going on, note down the extra charges occuring and let them know AFTER the event, if you want to hoard on money and your client doesn't seem to have the budget take whatever royalty they give and let them get their decor done by somebody else. If you do a good job, your client might actually pay you extra, and you may not have to all this for that! thanks

Wonderful experience with Aahwanam team, my daughter's birthday celebrate on August month, we really enjoying the Property, Ambience & Staff service everything was good.
