One of the worst and traumatising experience with the founders of this team: Sanjana and Shantanu . During the time of booking and full advance payment they would be so humble and polite but once you are done with the shoot, they will start procrastinating the editorial process and delivery of the work. *They do not have any office anywhere in India, basically they hire freelancers and do the work. *They never pick up your calls and give lame reasons that they are busy with some meetings and stuff. They even don’t respond to your messages. They don’t have any manners to talk to the client and are very abusive and disrespectful. They do not consider your corrections and editing, whatever and however they give you the edited stuff would be final. Just imagine the trauma of constantly reminding them to give your data throughout your wedding week. We received our data just on the day of our wedding , when the pre wedding video was to be screened. Trust me they will mentally harass you so much that you won’t be able to enjoy your wedding moments. Book your slots at your own risk! Although their work was okayish, but not worth the mental torture .
