Sony Bridal Makeup

Very unprofessional- firstly she accepted to do my makeup for an event and took advance right 5 days before she canceled the booking. and even she instructed me that I have classes I have to go by 10 if you want me I will come early and you have to be ready and don’t waste my time by making me sit for long blah blah…..( which I agreed for everything) otherwise I will send other people to do your make up … she gave me heavy instructions. I don’t understand,when we are paying money for her to come and do makeup how is she trying to assign somebody else for same price ? I wouldn’t want to give even .5 stars but no option.

Very unprofessional people. Her hair stylist burnt my scalp with the thong and she takes zero ownership of the same. They were late and rushed into the makeup and draping because they were running late for another wedding. Zero delivery of experience to the bride. There are many make up artist available please don’t go for her.
