Loved the potli that I bought for my mother to carry on my wedding day!

Shopping from Özel Bir Şey has been such a pleasant experience, from the very first interaction down to the last message I exchanged. I came across Özel through an Instagram search. I loved the products and I initiated a conversation on IG, which eventually rolled over to WhatsApp. Shipra, from Team Özel, was always quick to respond back to my messages, and this pattern persisted from initial inquiry to post delivery of my order. In addition, Shipra was super helpful in assisting me to narrow down on what would work with the aesthetics I was going for. I scored free shipping within India, which I appreciated. I had given Shipra specific instructions on how to have my order delivered at a hotel so a relative could bring me my potlis to the US. Shipra and Team listened to me down to every small detail. Once my order had dispatched, Shipra's Team even shared tracking information with me. In addition, prior to placing my order, I had asked whether there might be an active promo code that I could use, and to my surprise there was one, saving me a total of 10% off my order of 25 potlis! When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised, the potlis looked even more beautiful in person, and they are well-made; the pearls/beading really do take the potlis to the next level. Shipra and Team also packed in a child-sized potli, on the house. So essentially, I ordered 25, and Özel packed in a bonus potli. I was really touched by the Team's sweet gesture. Lastly, this is probably my most favorite tidbit of my shopping experience with Özel. Before shopping from any new businesses or designers, I always do a quick search. This is to ensure I am supporting businesses whose values align with my own. And a quick search of Özel led me to discover that everything that Özel sells is handmade by underprivileged women who Özel trains and employs. Thank you, Özel, for supplying a lovely batch of potlis for my function and for displaying amazing social consciousness/social responsibility. To anyone reading my review, please definitely consider Özel if you have a function where you want to gift something special to your guests!

Ozel Bir Sey for me has been an entirely different experience. The variety and uniqueness of the products is something that was very impressive. Quality of the Potlis & hand crafted jewelries has been paid attention to. Beauty has always been a key factor for me which was perfectly achieved by the product. I got the custom made hand crafted jewelry for this Eid and overwhelmed to get it very early than expected. Along with a pretty white Potli as an Eid Gift from dear Lady Shipra. Ozel has beautiful range of hand crafted products with impeccable and unique designs. I saw their potlis, clutches and jewelry at a friends wedding and I was in love with all of their stuff. Not only the products but their packaging is super awesome too, they came in pretty boxes with beautiful wrapping, which just made my day. The uniqueness of their products along with commitment to quality makes them outstand. I have and I am going to keep recommending Ozel to all my friends and family.
