Worst customer service. I had booked her for my wedding on 26th Feb 2020,but had to cancel bridal makeup due to unfortunate circumstances. I had already paid her 7000 in advance. Requested her to come during wedding day and do makeup for mother and sister and adjust that money. She said she will come but she didn't come and was extremely arrogant. Initially for bridal makeup I requested to get few flowers, she arrogantly denied. Not even a penny refunded. No one deserves this experience during their wedding. Pls avoid this artist

She is the worst makeup artists, promising to do the makeup and doing last moment cancellation, not at all professional at her work. If your are looking for someone professional please don't book her.

Sritama takes her work very seriously. She did the bridal make-up for my friend's wedding. She used high quality branded products. The hair, make-up and the saree draping- everything looked perfect. But I fell in love with the eye make-up.
