Lakme salon in DB mall bhopal is so bad in service and the staff has no knowledge about the products that they use. I went for a keratin treatment for my hair but just after 5 days I got to see waves in my hair and fully dry hair. I rechecked with lakme salon staff and they just washed my hair and said now it looks straight...that means keratin was proper..this was their logic. The lady who mostly sits at reception had such a rude behavior,she was accusing me that I would have done something to spoil my hair keratin and she was adamant on this inspire of me telling them that I had used the shampoo which they had told me to use after keratin.
