Firstly, KayB (Kamal) himself didn’t show up on the event which he promised and we didn’t say anything because we thought his team would be professional just as him and it will be okay . Little did we know that we have made the worst decision to choose him to capture our most special day. Half of his team left during the event, leaving crucial moments uncaptured just by saying that we have another photoshoot in the morning and can’t stay longer. The function was only 5-6 hours not even a full night and This is simply unacceptable for any professional service. We are paying you to capture the whole event, it is not our problem if you have scheduled another service in the morning. Not just that many family members and important moments were not photographed at all. It's heartbreaking to think we'll never have those memories preserved. Despite promising a complete album, it has been seven months, and we still haven't received the edited pictures or the final album and it is beyond frustrating. Given the poor quality of service and the numerous issues, the charges were exorbitant. We feel completely ripped off. The service they provided was incredibly disappointing and stressful. We would never recommend them to anyone. Don’t just go by their following or what so ever. Save yourself the heartache and choose someone else for your special day.

Did more then my expectations, the photos have come out to be awesome

We pay because we want captured memories in some form to keep with us for life long… not to let you keep them with yourself. More than a year gone.still not got my wedding video.

Worst place to book your wedding photography!! They have the worst service ever. My wedding was on 30th October 2020 and I still haven't received the wedding teaser and highlights video. We asked for few edits in the videos and he has taken forever to deliver what was promised. In the wedding video, there were clips of any other bride. The songs added in the video are not in sync with the scenes. Poorest editing I have ever seen. Heights of carelessness and unprofessionalism. He works according to his schedule and does not give any value to the client. It has been 6 months and we have not been able to share anything on social media. What have we given out money for?
