I visted this hair saloon for a haircut along with a friend and my brother, as my last haircut went well. But i was throughly dissapointed , shocked and baffled by the events that unfolded. Never did i imagine a saloon can treat a customer so rudely , be so impolite and not give a damn about addressing the customers needs. I encountered not just one but several problems :- 1) I had booked an appointment for a haircut for two people. But on arrival at the saloon was informed that although it was for 2 people ,The register mentioned a haircut for only 1person. Later this mistake was acknowledged by them . 2) I was told by Mr Manju in an extremely rude manner that the Hairstylist (Mr.Horey) was not interested in cutting my brothers hair . I had no idea that a hairstylist can pick his customers and choose whether or not He can cut hair despite booking an appointment. 3)Anyone who is planning on visiting this hair saloon for any service should first verify with hair stylist wheather he / she is comfortable in providing the services you need and only then visit this saloon . Otherwise you maybe be rejected from getting your haircut / service even after booking an appointment . This saloon operates under the premise that the staff get to choose thier customers and not the otherway around. The staff here are privileged and the customer is secondary . (opposite to what the motto of a hair saloon or any business should be ) 4) Mr Manju has to seriously learn how to treat customers, address basic hospitality and Never to take customers for granted. 5) Both, My friend and My brother were put in a very uncomfortable situation as they were utterly in shock at the way Mr Manju Reacted and behaved. 6)The saloon does not take Criticism well and is least bothered in addressing it's mistakes. I did not receive any apology from the staff even when i was walking out of the saloon in utter dissapointment. They seem to be least bothered.
