For the wedding, I picked a custom made ensemble as I wanted it to be the way I had pictured it. The designer (Frontier) took my mom's chunni from her wedding and designed it accordingly. I always wanted to wear my mom's dupatta that she wore at her wedding (26 years ago), and I’m blessed I got to do that.Source

Had terrible Experience with them.. They messed my big day. I paid so much and got nothing in return it was such a bad experience. The day I saw my lehnga that feeling still haunts me .. I will never forget it..

Very poor customer service at the Chandigarh sector 17 location. Bought a saree, and the attached blouse piece was not straight. Had to go exchange it. Sales agent started yelling in loud voice, saying that nothing is wrong with it. Even though their own tailor saw it and said that it is not straight. What a poor way of dealing with customers. I was planning to go again to get couple dresses for the wedding, but I will never ever step a foot again inside that store. I would suggest the owners to send mystery shoppers to the store sometime to check out how their sales staff are dealing with public. It almost seems like that sales agents don't want to be disturbed a don't want to show stuff. It's very sad that even though they have good selection of dresses, but their customer service is not keeping up to the name.

I bought a really expensive lehnga for my brother's wedding. I bought it from Chandigarh outlet and it was to be delivered to Mumbai. Even though they charged for delivery,they had the worst packing for such expensive and delicate item, worse than amazon's normal packing. Any designer love their cloth more than anything but their designers just make heavy cloths and don't think little extra on 'how a person will carry it from one place to other?'. If this shop is so cheap they can atleast keep options and ask customer 'which packing they want?'. Also I had requested them to double check the dress before sending as its obvious that I won't be able to get it for correction again and again. Still there are so many finishing errors that no one believes its such expensive dress.I tried to connect with Chandigarh outlet manager and also Frontier Raas customer care but they didn't bother to respond to messages or call back. With respect of customer care I had much better experience with a local milk seller company in Ludhiana,these people can learn from them. This store needs to check itself at many fronts before it can truly call itself frontier. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed.With this current attitude I would not want to be their customer again or recommend to anyone I care about.

I got my wedding Lehenga from Frontier Raas and it was amazing. I have no complains,just praises. I got what I was looking for. With their wide range of clothes,it gets difficult to choose from but the management is so friendly,they make it easy. Highly recommended. Absolutely love it!!
