My experience at Ekadas was beyond disappointing. I brought my own fabrics and provided clear measurements, but they completely botched the sizing. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of taking responsibility, they demanded a ridiculous payment for their error! The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was shocking. For the high prices they charge, you’d expect top-notch service, but what I got was a poorly made item and a frustrating experience. I’d recommend avoiding this place if you want quality and respect for your hard-earned money.
