We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Banna Baisa as our wedding planners. From the very beginning, the discussions were smooth, detailed, and extremely helpful. Coordination with Shraddha and her team, including Maharshi and others, was always cordial, professional, and reassuring. As an NRI living in Europe, we were initially concerned about time zone differences and coordination. However, the team was incredibly flexible with scheduling meetings and discussions according to our time zone, which made communication seamless and stress-free. It was great to see the effort the team put in to ensure everything stayed on track despite the distance and time difference. Our Sangeet event was truly the highlight the decor, planning, and execution were outstanding. We had guests from 13 different countries, and every single guest appreciated the setup, the flow of the event, and the overall vibe. The team’s inputs and creative suggestions played a huge role in making the evening memorable and special for us and our guests. They were also incredibly supportive with last-minute requests and handled changes very efficiently. Along with execution, they provided thoughtful suggestions which really helped us compare options and make the right decisions with confidence. I would highly recommend Banna Baisa to anyone planning their wedding. One important tip from our experience: try to book your venue through your wedding planner if possible. It gives you much better flexibility in execution, in our case, a decoration monopoly at the venue which was booked directly by us caused unnecessary challenges which could have been avoided.
