The brand however has very aesthetically pleasing designs that seem to stand out from others and thus manages to attract customers, it offers basically no customer service. There is not even acknowledgement let alone a response of you go for a return/ exchange option. They do not respond to emails or approve the return request for products leaving you stuck with whatever you get delivered. Please avoid shopping with them and wasting your money!!

Horrible service. They went dead and now there is response. But they seem to find ways to avoid refunds. Product was returned never received store credits nor refunds. Now they say it's new management but they have no updated records of the purchase or returns. Please do not buy from this site. The influencers promoting such scammers should be arrested. This is modern day cheating.
