So not all of us are lucky enough to have a forest wedding venue in the city we live in or travel to one for a back to nature sort of soiree. But if a rustic forest-themed wedding is what your heart desires, then you should know that it can be pulled off in the city too! This couple pulled off one of the best forest-themed weddings we have in the city, so there's loads of inspiration there as well!

Doesn't have to be in a forest, but a lot of resorts in the city have a gorgeous green cover where you can consider pulling this off. Make sure there are trees around for some added effect.

Don't just leave them bare, include them and make them a part of the decor to add more warmth to the venue!
Keep it intimate and simple

This is how it will work well- keep the wedding intimate and close, which will allow everyone to really soak in the atmosphere around rather than creating a rush of people! You also need to keep the decor uncluttered and clean, without too many distracting elements!
Recreate magic on the dinner table

This is one element where you can really make the decor pop- choose long table seating and get a trellis installed over it- the lighting also has to be on point to add to the magic!

Round tables can look fab too- make sure the centrepieces reflect the theme!

This will really help in setting up the theme- set up your entrance to suit the theme with loads of greens and florals!
Use a lot of botanical elements

A botanical wall, entranceway, mandap or even stage decor is a great idea that's gonna infuse a lot of green to the venue!
Don't forget a swing!

The enchanted forest look is not complete without a swing, so get one with some pretty decor which can even double up as a photobooth!
Hang loads of greens

Go more for green leafy plants rather than florals around the venue. Include flowers as well, but keep them subtle and do not let them overpower the green!
Make sure the theme reflects in offbeat elements as well!

Not just the decor, but be it the cake or even the bride's hair or kaleere, you can make sure to reflect the theme all around since you need to work harder at instilling it.
Give out plants or seeds as wedding favours

Saplings or seeds make for great wedding favours and go with the theme too!
