The highlight of all this, however, is the fact that he offered tickets to his wedding to anyone not on the guest list for $200. Guests would get accommodation, get to attend the ceremony and eat the food. The first participant of unique startup JoinMyWedding.com, Amol decided to have people from all across the world to attend this community wedding, thereby, experiencing the culture and traditions and a close-up view of the giant event. The startup lets people sell tickets to their wedding so that they can fund their own dream wedding. As Scoopwhoop reported, one of the founders of the startup actually attended an Indian wedding and said "The whole event was an amazing and unique experience...On my way back home, I kept thinking about how lucky I was to have had attended it and formed the idea of opening up weddings to foreigners”. That's how the idea came about The only condition here is that the guests ought to pay for the travels to the wedding location. But hey, you can’t put a price tag on the experience as a whole now, can you? What’s more, the price of the ticket may vary depending upon how many guests a couple can accommodate, and what all experiences they’re ready to offer.Whaddya think? Cool, Innovative or Creepy?
