Move aside, traditional couple proposals, because there's a fresh, fun trend in town – the 'bridesmaid proposal' lunch! Yes, it's not just about popping the question to your partner anymore; now, it's about celebrating your best squad in style.
Drenched in pastel hues and radiating a festive ambiance, the decor was nothing short of a visual feast. The bridesmaids walked into a setup with cascading, fragrant jasmines, intricately embroidered umbrellas, delicate organza latkans, and a dreamy floral tablescape in a romantic palette. But wait for it – the star of the show? The proposal trunks!
These boxes were decked out with Jamevar cloth and fancy gold lace. But but .. but, what's inside, you ask? It had a gorgeous pair of juttis, an instant camera to capture the memories, bangles for a bit of bling, and an intricately detailed dupatta. If I weren't already in the squad, this would make me want in, like, now!
And here's what the mastermind (the planner) behind this out-of-the-box idea had to say,
"I had a blast organizing this Bridesmaid Proposal Lunch for my best girls! I knew I wanted it to be something festive, flirty, and feminine: with cascading jasmine flower chandeliers adorned with handmade organza and gota latkans, an abundance of mint blush florals and baby's breath, and, of course, the star of the bridesmaid proposal, the proposal boxes. I ended up using the most magnificent mini trunks from the one and only Mint & Co, featured in their latest Shehzadi Collection! They were the absolute jewels on my table spread, exuding a regal charm. The girls (almost) didn’t want to open them!
