Talk about smashing stereotypes! We have seen a lot of bridal baraats off late, but nothing like this one- this bride here entered her own wedding in Mussoorie with a full-blown baraat, ghodi and everything, just like a groom would! Real Bride Penny had pleasantly surprised us before with her Game Of Thrones themed Mehendi, and now, with her bridal baraat, we can't just help but be fascinated with her! Take a look at what we are talking about, and we are sure you too would've never seen anything like this before!

P.S. This was a surprise for her groom Kush!

Looks like crazy fun right? And if you thought there were 2 baraats such baraats at this wedding, then you are wrong. The groom entered in a vintage car!

Penny always wanted to do things differently, and we really hope more brides don't feel shy to have their own baraat and enter with swag and a bang- after all, why should the boy have all the fun?

From the Bride:

"So basically I have always done things differently. Like any other girl I wanted my wedding to be one of a kind. I proudly identify as a feminist and a firm believer of “Why not!” Thinking for an idea for my entry. I knew I wanted to make a statement breaking the stereotypes and “Why not” have my own baraat on a horse! My mom has the exactly the same idea knowing me I just didn’t know about it given our time difference as I am in New York and she is in India. But when we spoke about the entry. We both said the same thing.

"My groom (Kush Agarwal) is very scared of horses, so there is no way he was coming on one. He chose a vintage car which made my entry even better and not the same as his. My dad was really concerned about me being in a giant cancan dress and managing on the horse. My floral kaleera broke while I was getting on the horse, so I parted ways with them. But somehow it all worked. Me on a horse in a poofy dress while everyone yelled to the dhol “Oh! Penny” My groom seeing me on a horse was overwhelmed but not that surprised cause he knows me too well. He said “Only you would do something like this. And I knew it” Even though it was a surprise for everyone. All the guests and my family were somewhat surprised but extremely elated at the same time!"
