It's always a happy moment when you see two amazing sports people getting together. In this case, a Ranji cricketer and a women's basketball player and add the Goa sunset into this mix with a beach and you're set. What did we love about this wedding? Everything! From the bride's dusty pink lehenga to the pink roses phoolon ka chaddar - everything is mixed and matched well. The venue, Caravela Beach Resort, Goa was just perfect for this small, intimate soiree while The Picture Patch Photography The Picture Patch Photography made sure each detail was captured beautifully!
Meet Rushabh & Tanvi
"Rushabh and I are sports people - out and out. He's a professional Ranji cricketer and I am a former basketball player. Our wedding was envisioned ever since we got together 5 years back. And it was just the matter of time before we finally tied the knot in the most beautiful way. Together we decided to strive to achieve our goals through the support we have for each other," explains Tanvi.
From The Bride:
We always wanted our wedding to be a collaboration of both the religions - so we decided on doing a traditional Maharashtrian Haldi and a Marwari wedding. We knew we wanted a beach wedding with our close family and friends to share our special day with. We had a cricket match back here in Pune and then the Sangeet with a simple backdrop with no stage since we wanted all our guests to dance. The wedding was on the beach followed by a reception next to the beach with an aerial artist and a few Russian dancers to add the entertainment factor.
