Stunning Rustic Wedding In Bangalore With Plush Silks & Fab Jewellery!

It's a unique combination between two states - a Gujarati girl marrying a Telugu boy. Now, that's new but not just that, the way these two have treated and created their wedding is unique too. Right from the strapping kanjeevarams to the cool blouses and decor, the bride really went out of her way to design her wedding, her way! Now, the clincher though is the fab bridal temple jewellery neckpiece that is so different and we also loved the rustic feel of The Tamarind Tree, Bangalore, a venue that's really popular and totally stunning. Photography by Shashank Issar Photography really took the wedding shots up a notch and made them timeless!

From The Bride:
My husband and me met through a social networking app. We had just 45 days in hand to plan this entire destination wedding and I must say that we got lucky with all our vendors as everyone co-operated and did their job well to make our dream wedding come true :)
It was a 2 states wedding with the bride coming from a Gujarati family and the boy from a typical Telugu set-up. We wanted to keep the wedding as traditional and earthy as possible. The decor was minimal as we wanted to make the most of the space which was way too beautiful in itself. We wanted to give our guests the taste of each of our cultures which was bought out in the food as we had gujju and telugu delicacies at different events. Also we had a typical south Indian engagement and a typical gujju wedding. We wanted to have no usage of plastic for the events so we had also avoided the use of any plastic bottles for water and any plastic even in decor. All in all, the wedding was a party, a celebration of two days with lots of dance and garba and great food :)
