This Regal Cross-Culture Udaipur Wedding Was Planned By The Bride's Mom!

One look at this vibrant wedding, and you definitely wouldn't believe that it was planned in-house! Yep, the bride's mom planned the whole affair along with her best friend, and we are loving the end-result! While of course Tanushree looked stunning on each and every event, the groom, Nicholas complemented her beautifully with outfits you wouldn't believe were selected over FaceTime! Everything was bang on- be it the decor, the outfits, and not to mention, the pretty portraits by Nitin Arora Photography , who captured this wedding beautifully.
Meet Tanushree and Nicholas
I was new to the San Francisco bay area and we worked at the same company. He was this cute, friendly guy who liked hanging out with me and showed me around the city. And slowly our friendship evolved into love.

From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on December 26, 2022. I have always wanted a royal themed wedding and my spouse always wanted to witness an Indian wedding! He had heard so much about the extravaganza, the colors, the food, music, dance and all the festivities that make up an Indian wedding. I was very particular of the outfits and carefully selected each one of them for me and my spouse. I wanted it all to reflect elegance, intricacy and royalty.
The wedding planning was done by my mom and her best friend! It was one hell of a project for them but they made sure everything was perfect and just the way I liked. I am very thankful to them for creating such wonderful memories.
As far as my bridal outfits are concerned, each outfit represented who I am. Each event's outfit was carefully thought through to represent me and the vibe I felt for each event. From the fun popping mehendi outfit to the classic rajasthani feel sangeet outfit to the mesmerizing angelic haldi outfit to the elegant and royal bridal outfit. It all resonated with my persona perfectly. Though on purpose, our only coordinating outfit was for Haldi, all others paired and complemented us very well. Nick was happy with every outfit I chose for him. They all were very comfortable and colorful. He looked like a royal prince on the wedding. From the jewelry to the outfit to the shoes, it all came together perfectly.
But also, shopping virtually is not as easy as it may seem. While I was able to go to India for a couple weeks to shop for the outfits, Nick could not. So I had my friends take his measurements while on FaceTime. We thought we took perfect measurements but they were not all perfect - thankfully the designers were accommodating and helped with all the necessary alterations before the wedding.
