Beige is not a shade you would typically associate with a bride. I mean, its a rarity for a bride to consider it. But not Bhumika Patel, our bride-to-be. She sauntered into the Jade store in Peddar Road and simply walked up to the beige lehenga and stood next to it silently. While everyone else was trying to find her a more 'colourful' look, she was sure this beige would work. I've not known too many brides who do that. And the moment we draped it on her, it looked as if it belonged and totally stole the show. Bhumika looked glamorous ,  effortless and the blouse was way sexier than it looked.   The jewellery added to the lehenga and gave it a grand spin. With a muted hue like beige, you can layer on quite a bit of sparkle. Note how simple the jewellery looked because the look was monotone and subtle. And with the makeup and hair we went crazy. With the help of  Heema Dattani Hair and Makeup Artist★ 4.4 , the makeup artist and her hairstylist, Bhumika was transformed into a goddess - hair was big, makeup was bold.       Special thanks to the incredible photography by The Wedding Salad★ 4.9 team and the gorge makeup by Heema Dattani Hair and Makeup Artist★ 4.4 for making this day super special! Outfit Details: From The Bride:  Being selected for the Red Carpet Bride was like a dream come true. I was jumping and dancing up and down my bed when I came to know that I was selected for the shoot. And the best part? I was so excited about wearing a Jade lehenga and getting all dolled up and at one point I thought, am I setting up my expectations too high? But when I arrived at the Jade store, I was welcomed beautifully  and everyone was so friendly and fun that within a minute, I was relaxed and happy.  We started browsing through the collection and I instantly loved the off-white gold lehenga. What's even better was the blouse. It was amazing and in a way, very modern yet it's a classic design and I felt that it spoke to me. It was instant love and when I tried it on - everyone was happy. Heema suggested to go with smokey eyes and a pop of orange since my lehenga was a subtle hue  and I really loved the idea. Up-dos on the other hand were not my thing - I was always doubtful and was so sure they will not look good on me. But I thought, why not give it a shot and it turns out Heema and her team did an amazing job and I looked super! The jewellery by Anmol made me feel like a queen for a day. The Wedding Salad team really helped us out with all the poses very patiently. They took out time for every bride and helped us get the perfect shots. Later on, I also got an opportunity to  try another navy blue gown by Jade - it was a corset above and a frilly dress at thee bottom - it was so beautiful and looked like it was made for me. The dress made me very clear that about the look I would opt for my engagement. Overall at end, the shoot was awesome and I was happy and better yet, I was clear in my mind about the look that I needed on my wedding and  engagement day. Thank you so much for the experience!
