Bride Raaga sure knows how to spin a sailor theme to her benefit and went about making sure it gives out the right stylish vibe. This sailor-marine theme with pretty ropes and lifeboats and all kinds of shells are so avant-garde. We are also majorly in love with bride's vintage lehenga in 2017's favourite hue, dusty blue from  The Little Black Bow★ 5  and minimalist jewelry. Kudos to Vivanta by Taj Green Cove for keeping it fresh and to photographer Pooja Joseph Photography★ 5  for making every frame rock!

Meet Raaga & Paul

"Not a quintessential arranged marriage. My uncle, who is also an acquittance of Paul's, felt we both would be a great match. He introduced the match to us personally first. After Facebooking and Instagramming, we decided to meet each other. There was no looking back after the first meeting, we told our parents and everything is history," says Raaga.

From The Bride:

The location was absolutely picturesque. The acres wide property had a great amount of lush, backwaters and the ocean making it thoroughly out of a fairytale. The staff was absolutely accommodating and took great care of us as well the guests. The spread and most of all, the food was great.

Jaanmoni Das is one of the best makeup artists in Kerala today. From movie stars to models to every gorgeous bride - she has worked her magic on all of them. She is great to work with because she thoroughly understood the look I wanted. We kept it subtle and very victorian so that my costume and jewelry could take the limelight instead of my makeup.

Pooja Joseph is an absolute gem. I was absolutely particular I need her to cover the Engagement. She was a friend of my husband too, so we both shared a great comfort level with her. Her pictures are brilliant and they look like portraits. She was punctual, not at all nagging like some photographers could be. She gave us the pictures also soon enough. Her pictures are an absolute treasure to us.

As for my outfit, I had contacted Little Black Bow while I was in New York, through Instagram. Once I was back I made a visit to Mumbai to meet them. Annora at Lil Black Bow is such a darling - their fabrics are absolutely beautiful and very vintage. They created my dream powder blue lace lehenga. The fit was beautiful and delivered it to me within a reasonable time. I loved their work so much so that I even got my brunch party dress done there.
