The shopkeepers here have direct mill-access, so it is suggested that one can get freshest of designs at wholesale prices. Even though the prices of fabrics are fixed here, it can range from as low as 150 per metre to as high as 2500 per metre.

Inderlok Street Market

Last on the list is this lesser known wholesale cloth market in northwest Delhi. Unlike other markets, this isn’t a permanent one, and is only set up on Thursdays. But it is definitely worth a visit for your shaadi shopping. Especially if you’re looking for some colorful fabrics, banarasi dupattas or semi-stitched suits in budget. You won’t believe, but you can mostly find fabrics and raw material for your lehenga in prices as low as 2k bucks. And you don’t even have to worry about the quality!

While the market is put up just below the Inderlok metro station (across the road from Mc Donald’s), people often get confused. So, be careful. Also, most shopkeepers disperse by 4 pm, so it’s always better to visit it somewhere around 1.
