As the wedding season approaches, we have been looking out for the newest possible trends that the weddings will set this year. From live-streaming the events to favorite show themed weddings, we've seen various new movements but the one that caught our attention is 'engagement-moon'.
Couples have now started preferring 'engagement-moon' to strengthen their love and keep them away from the stress. Engagement-moons are becoming as popular as baby moons and mini-moons! Wondering who started the trend? Prince Harry & Meghan Markle.

What is Engagement-moon?
Engagement-moon is a getaway opportunity for recently-engaged couples to celebrate their engagement and to relax and destress post the function. The number of calls, messages, DMs and socializing can be really overwhelming, leaving the couple with no solace and time for each other.
By getting away for an engagement-moon, the couple can avoid the most-dreaded question 'when is the wedding' and can rather celebrate the joy of being together.

Why do couples need an engagement-moon?
Well, we love how this new trend sounds! Also, it definitely gives the couple a chance to think of what they really want to do with their wedding and plan it all out. Not just that, it gives them a chance to know each other better and to think about what the future holds for them. After all, wedding is a serious affair. They can sit and understand each other’s goals and come to a similar track to avoid discrepancies later. Doesn’t that sound easy?
We’d recommend you reminisce on the day you met, your first date, and the first time you realized you were in love instead of all the serious discussion!
