Now here is a wedding which will put a big fat smile on your face! When a wedding has a hashtag like #Mirchi, combining Mitali & Archit together, you know it has to be fun! The couple had an intimate wedding amidst a pandemic, but we love the attention to detail and the love and warmth their photos by Karan Anand Photography★ 4.9 exude. Plus, the couple picked subtle outfits in ivory which looked super elegant for an intimate do. There are some amazing ideas in here for intimate weddings which you can incorporate in yours too!

Meet Archit & Mitali

Archit and Mitali met in school, but it would be years before they would plunge into a relationship that spanned 9 years and 3 continents. Although they longed to be with each other, considering they’d been best friends for many years, it was only after several shots of very cheap vodka that the idea of dating was formally brought up. They started seeing each other in college (in different countries no less!) and what was supposed to be only a summer fling became the most meaningful relationship of their lives. "It's led us to discover the best and the funniest in each other and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat,” says Mitali

From The Bride:

We always wanted to have a small, intimate wedding. This choice was vetoed by our families who wanted a grander affair. Unfortunately COVID struck at a time when we were going to start our wedding prep full throttle and we had to scale down the wedding to accommodate social distancing and safety of our guests. But looking back now those 2 days days spent with our closest beautifully summed up the celebration of our love.

Vendor Reviews

Photography: Karan Anand Photography

Karan was everything we wanted from our wedding photographer. Archit & I knew that we didn't want to spend the bulk of our evenings posing for pictures. We wanted someone who could capture our most precious and spontaneous moments without making us feel conscious of the camera. And Karan did exactly that. We love the way that he's been able to capture the spectrum of emotions that each ceremony brought. He has left us confused about which pictures to get printed, because we love them all!

Makeup Artist: Gopika Bajaj

I wanted to look and feel like myself and Gopika's minimal makeup for me was just right

Decor: Events for All

Jatin surpassed our expectations. With small weddings it can often be challenging to draw the line between "over the top" and "understated.” Jatin, however, was able to skillfully thread the needle. He was always mindful of our requirements and proved instrumental in creating a chill but classy vibe.

Groomwear: Wedding Lounge by Arjun

Wedding outfit was from here. Archit was going to fly in from Toronto just 10 days before the wedding. Arjun not only promised to deliver in just a week, but also curated an outfit that fit like a glove!
