We originally had a large celebration planned for 2020, but pushed it 2021 thinking it would be more safe. But when 2021 turned out to be worse than the previous year, we realized that a more intimate celebration would be best. Our style was to have a soft bohemian vibe, and it worked perfectly with my parents outdoor space where we had our events.

My favorite moment in the wedding was when I was getting ready in my bedroom, and there’s a sliding door to the back yard where all the guests were having tea before the Anand Karaj. I saw my husband arrive in the backyard and he looked so adorable! He’s not of the same culture, so watching him embrace everything and looking so handsome in his sherwani put the biggest smile on my face!

Blue Rose Artistry: Sohal and her team where amazing to work with! They were so accommodating during the pandemic with last minute changes, and in the end she made me feel like the most beautiful bride. I wanted to look like my natural self, and I could not be happier with everything!

Photography

Shari and Mike: I knew I wanted Shari and Mike for years, and when we finally got to see our previews, the photos turned out to be better than I imagined! More importantly they are the nicest people to work with and have alongside you during the big day, and they were so accommodating with all our changes due to the pandemic.

Decor

Finesse Decor Company: an absolutely amazing team, they answered all of my questions and were very professional! They brought my vision to light and I received so many compliments on our set up.

Well Groomed- Dave and his team gave exceptional service and was very helpful with all our fittings and designing the bridal party outfits.

Henna Artist

Official Henna Queen: Safeena was very quick and very creative with her intricate designs. I would highly recommend her!

Groomwear

Vivah Collections: Very good service, and was very accommodating for our budget. The sherwani came in and fit perfectly!

DJ

Decibel Entertainment- DJ Kid Kang: Amazing!! Our DJ turned our intimate dinner into an awesome dance party, and he knew exactly how to read the crowd!

Catering

Savoury Chef Foods: Fantastic service and great food. We got so many compliments on how delicious it was.
