It's not everyday you meet a bride doing her own makeup. I mean, hows that even possible? But rules are meant to be broken and Niti made sure she did her homework and researched so much that hey, she did her own makeup on her big day and looked flawless!! #respect! Apart from the makeup, her own design of a wedding lehengas in baby pink and blue alongside her pretty jewellery is so envy-worthy. JW Marriott, Chandigarh provided a great backdrop for this wedding while Rish Photography★ 5  captured all the beautiful moments to create a timeless feel.

From The Bride:

"My mom wanted me to wear typical red for my wedding day but that is not the vision I had. My favorite color is yellow and I really wanted to incorporate that into the theme and hence I made Kabir wear a yellow turban. Finding the perfect wedding outfit was a challenge! I found a LOT of beautiful outfits but the only thing that was missing was the color yellow. I talked to a lot of designers to add a yellow chunni or change some details to the outfit but they said no :( I found this perfect Sabyasachi outfit which I LOVED but the only thing missing was the yellow color and they refused to change the color theme for me so I decided to design my own wedding outfit and my inspiration came from Sabyasachi, of course. Not sure if you can see the resemblance.

For the Sangeet:
I chose a blue Sabyasachi lehenga as once again I did not want to wear a typical color that every bride was wearing that season. For me I love to take simple outfits and accessorize them- less is more! I chose blue because its a unique color and my husbands favorite color so definitely a win win situation for me. Plus, I can wear that outfit again to many more future events.

For the Sagan:

I wanted something classy and comfortable. It took me FOREVER to find this baby pink outfit with the black skirt. Once again, not your typical outfit as brides normally don't wear black for their wedding events. We went to ALL the designers in delhi and after trying on literally every outfit in delhi I came across Suneet Verma's store in the DLF mall. I remember I was exhausted from shopping and I was sitting downstairs sipping on my latte where I saw Suneet Verma across the table- a fan moment. I was like " I know that guy' haha because I followed him on instagram and loved his designs. I went upstairs to his store and tried on only one outfit and knew that was IT."explains Niti.

"When I found out that the wedding was going to take place in India I was freaking out as I did not know of any makeup aritists in the area so I learned how to do my own makeup. I watched a million youtube videos and started following makeup bloggers and learned all the tricks to flawless makeup" adds Niti.
