A while ago, whilst browsing Instagram we kept coming across images from a wedding with hashtags #pragsau all over our newsfeed. What caught our attention were the quirky details - there was a honeymoon collection box, a hangover kit and tons more !! So when this wedding hit our inbox we were all over it- the bride and groom say their vision for the wedding was just pure, unadulterated fun and thats exactly what this wedding looks like. From whistles on their sangeet, to cake pops for the reception - tons of adorable ideas in this with decor by Purple Tree Events Solution★ 4.9

Meet Pragati and Saurabh

We met each other in 2007 when we were both working at a PR work. From the time we met we got along like a house on fire, and started dating after 4 months.

Wedding Day

From the bride:   You know it was a crazy wedding when the photographer has to request the bride to pose shyly for some pictures and when the craziest bartender in the country has to ask the groom to calm down with the alcohol. For our wedding, both of us wanted the wedding to scream fun. We were aiming at creating a chilled vibe and not a royal, vintage or formal theme. No offense to anyone, but those are really boring where everyone is more stressed about what to wear and what look to go for. Our aim was to give our guests a wedding they would never forget.

Before we even locked our venue, the first thing we did was block our DJ (Taher) and bartender (Binny), the legendary duo who are known to make any party crazy! I think that itself says how important the fun element was for us. With the welcome hampers and survival kits by The Little Things, and the super décor by Purple Tree Event Solutions, the minute the guests entered the hotel, they knew it would be a blast. We kick-started the wedding with a Sundowner and ended it with a Sunriser.

Not only was the décor mind-blowing, but also the service, the food, music and alcohol that made it so memorable. More mystically, the weather, on the day of the Pheras was just amazing. I really don’t think Goa has ever seen such a beautiful sunset!
