Classic Elegance at Samode Palace, Jaipur

Weddings at Samode always have an innate charm to them that's hard to put a finger on. This bride stuck to a classic , red and gold lehenga-saree (first bride we have seen wearing one) and minimal decor to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings. With a frolicking start to the affair with a cricket match, and a see off in a robins egg blue vintage car- this wedding is classic, understated elegance.

Meet Sonali and Harry

The interesting bit is not how they met, but the fact that this was their third wedding..Relax guys, to each other!! They already had a registered wedding, and a Christian wedding but it was Sonali's dream to have a destination wedding in Jaipur and thats how this event unfolded.

Cricket match to start the festivities

From the photographer: Samode is one of my most favourite places to click a wedding. It is picturesque & grand, yet quaint. Both Sonali's & Harry's families were very enthusiastic and enjoying every element of the Indian wedding ceremonies. This is what transcended in the pictures.  They were so zestful that even a heavy downpour over the reception didn't dampen their spirits. The night ended in a wonderful rain dance where everybody just let their hair down and celebrated. Love was truly emanating from every glance that Sonali and Harry shared throughout the days.
