Fuschia and mint has long been a weakness for us here at WedMeGood and this weeks crisp winter wedding is just what we needed to get our energies up . A sweet Save-the-Date card, a beautiful bride grooving away in her sunnies on the mehendi and a bridal lehenga  made of uber cute hues . And all the drama captured by DotDusk Studios★ 4.9 .

Meet Vibhav & Ashna

"For me..it really doesn’t matter how two people meet. What matters is that how two people connect and compliment each other. It wasn't love at first sight, made-for-each-other love, the guy sweeping girl off her feet or the Bollywood movies we are used to. We met by chance (thanks to the digital age). For me it was just another visit when we first planned to meet, Vaibhav was visiting home for his vacation. I had made up my mind as always to find one good reason to not to meet him again. I am glad to tell you that I am yet to find a reason after being with him for over a year now..;)" says Ashna.

The Wedding

From the bride: "We had all the time in the world to plan our wedding but more importantly get to know each other and nurture our relationship...but for the wedding as expected it all comes down to the last few weeks. We had a vision of a having close-knit family affair, so destination wedding was on top of our list, we ended up convincing our families to stay together at Pullman Hotel in Gurgaon which did a fantastic job in hosting the wedding. It was a fun-filled two day affair with family and friends enjoying all the rituals and festivities" adds Ashna.

"We wanted a fusion of vintage and modern touch to our wedding, so we ended up implementing customised features such as "Save the Date Card" for our friends (travelling from across the globe), Wedding Site + app for the phone (Appy Couple) and Personalised Handmade Gift Hampers for all Bridesmaids." she explains.

"For my outfit, I didn't go for the usual red and gold, I was inclined to have something unique and was interested in incorporating pearls in my outfit thus the final choice was the mint and pink lehenga. My search for the perfect lehenga finished within two hours (which was love at first sight unlike Vaibhav ;P). Along with the wedding, mehendi and Sagan were equally spectacular, and despite being the bride I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding. It was perfect like I imagined..great memories cherished for lifetime" she adds.
