Brides Who Wore Anushka’s Lehenga In Different Ways!

So if there's one celeb bride who started a trend with her bridal look, it has got to be Anushka Sharma- yep, even more than Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra. It was her all-pastel look which took everyone's breath away, and it was such a delicate dainty look for a bride, which we absolutely loved. So it goes without saying that she did inspire a lot of brides to go down the pastel route and probably started a new trend!
Anushska's blush pink silk lehenga was hand-embroidered with Indian lotus motifs merging with European flora and fauna. By Sabyasachi’s own admission, the hand embroidered lehenga took 67 karigars and 32 days to be completed, and was absolutely gorgeous!
So goes without saying that we did spot a similar, if not the same lehenga on a few more brides, and each one owned the look in her own way!

The only difference here being that while Anushka's wedding lehenga was encrusted with pink rhinestones, real bride Sonam's version was embellished with blue stones. She also paired her look with a mathapatti, a choker and a long rani haar.

This bride's lehenga again had more blue than Anushka's lehenga, but was quite similar. She rocked it with a white chuda- which we loved!

This bride's Sabyasachi lehenga had the lotus motif, but the embroidery colour was a bit different. We loved that she wore this lehenga for the wedding and then dialled it down a little for the reception!

While this one isn't the same lehenga, it is quite similar- again a Sabyasachi lehenga which had a similar blouse, but a different skirt- the embroidery on the lehenga was quite different, but you can see the similarity in the look!
