Bridal Breakdown: Real Bride Seerat

From a demure pastel look for the wedding to a beautiful and elegant look in mint for her mehendi, Real Bride Seerat's bridal game was on point! She had a gorgeous wedding in London, and her bridal style is ripe for inspiration for brides-to-be.. so pick some pretty styling tips from the bride herself as she tells us all about it.

Welcome Dinner

For my welcome dinner, I knew I wanted to incorporate a red bridal element into one of my events, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. With an Indo-Western theme in mind, I chose Shobhika Bhandari to design my outfit. The entire process was done virtually, and Shobhika’s quick execution and brilliant designing made it a seamless experience. Together, we created this beautiful red look from scratch, and it was everything I had envisioned.

Mehendi

For my mehendi, I chose a gorgeous mint green lehenga by Manish Malhotra. I had initially seen this outfit in yellow at the Manish Delhi store—the same one Kiara Advani wore for her mehendi. However, I wanted a custom version in mint green, as it felt perfect for a day mehendi in the summer of London. What made this outfit even more special was how flexible the Manish Malhotra team was with the customization process, ensuring it was tailored to my exact vision.

Cocktail

When it came to my cocktail outfit, I always knew the color had to be gold. I found my dream look at Tarun Tahiliani’s store. My outfit was a playful blend of elements from five different looks that I loved—combined into one. Tarun’s team understood my vision perfectly and made the entire process smooth and seamless, even though much of it was done virtually. The result was a stunning engagement look that exceeded all my expectations.

Haldi

The Haldi was one of the most special days for me, and having my closest girls by my side made it unforgettable. I decided to wear yellow sharara by a Yellowstone and had my bridesmaids twin in the same color—an idea inspired by my Masi’s Haldi, where she had done the same. This was something I’d envisioned since I was a child, and seeing it come to life felt surreal. Twinning in beautiful @sureenachowdhri outfits, we created memories I’ll treasure forever. ?

For my Haldi accessories, I chose Fooljhadi, whose designs perfectly complemented the vibrant, joyful vibe of the day.

Wedding

For my wedding day, I had always dreamed of wearing pink. There was no one better than Anamika Khanna to bring my vision to life. When I visited her store, I fell in love with a stunning red lehenga, but the team worked their magic to customize it in my dream shade of pink, tweaking every detail to my preferences.

This outfit was the most special one of all. I worked closely with my sister, to finalize the perfect shade of pink—virtually! The Anamika Khanna team brought every element of my vision to life in the most breathtaking way.

Adding to the magic, my wedding makeup artist Meera Sakhrani had taught me professional makeup back in the day. It felt like a full-circle moment, making the day even more special. The henna was done by Krunal, a London-based artist whose intricate designs brought the artistry of India to the heart of London. For hair, I entrusted Dablu, who is truly one of the best in the game.

Each outfit reflected a part of me, and every detail came together beautifully to make my wedding celebrations truly unforgettable!
