Beautiful San Diego Wedding With a Fabulous Mandap At The Bride's Home!

A sangeet by the beach in posh tents and a wedding at the bride's home - this larger-than-life wedding is the stuff that dreams are made of. From the choice of outfits to the fun Arabian tents to the sweet peach and gold mandap, everything is done with a lot of thought and effort. We loved how favours like Jaipuri bags or hand-rolled cigars worked to make the guests go crazy. Braja Mandala, the photographer captured all the happiness and joy beautifully and we are mesmerised by the attention to detail.

"Aishya and Rohan celebrated their wedding at Aishya’s family home. It is the home that she grew up in and had many memories with her parents and brother so it made perfect sense. I always love it when people select something sentimental for their wedding day. It doesn’t always have to be the venue but can be something like your mother’s necklace or for the groom your father’s watch.

"Aishya and Rohan had one of the most beautiful sangeets I have seen in a while. Typically sangeets are held in a ballroom but they wanted to have their sangeet at a sentimental location so they chose the beaches where Aishya grew up. The guests had their henna done under white tents and with their toes in the sand. Karmagraphy, who is one of my favorite dance performers led off the dancing with a couple of performances that the guests loved," explains Braja.
