Yes, if quiet time on a beach is what you want for that special moment, then consider Gokarna or Daman and Diu, which are not very far away. This one will always always be a winner guys - so take a long look at one of the most beautiful spots India has - the Valley of Flowers in Uttarakhand. This one is quite a trek but has 300 kinds of flowers and beautiful landscapes. Trekking time is approximately 8 to 10 hours so you can hire a mule, or go by helicopter. Rajasthan has some beautiful places which provide the perfect setting for a proposal. While the majestic palaces in Udaipur and Jodhpur are worth considering, you can also plan to propose right in the middle of the Thar desert while you camp the night out! Sam near Jaisalmer is just a vast expanse of nothing but sand dunes. Add a tent, bonfire and a chill that's gonna make you wanna cuddle? Priceless! You can rent a fancy houseboat, which has everything from a bedroom to a kitchen to a romantic deck... pop the question as you sail under the stars! In a Shikara on Dal Lake It's gonna have the perfect retro Bollywood feel to it as you ask him or her to marry you right in the middle of the picturesque Dal Lake in Kashmir! To say Kashmir is beautiful is an understatement, but imagine how beautiful the moment will be as you both take a step further in the setting of clear water and mountains!
