An Intimate Delhi Wedding With A Bride In An Enchanting Lehenga
|
|
Modern intimate weddings are a delight to come across. They celebrate the union of the couple with the closest of friends and family, just like Tanushree and Aakash did. To add the whole charm of the wedding was the stunning bridal lehenga worn by Tanushree! An ivory white ensemble paired with a bright red banarasi dupatta, giving it a striking touch! Camera Waale Baraati shot this Delhi wedding with finesse and expertise and each frame is a sure shot proof!

From The Bride:
We wanted a celebration for friends and family without unnecessary ostentation. Our gorgeous wedding invitations went out with an eco friendly jute bag full of organic ladoos and chai. We didn't have any plastic bottles of water at any of the three days and all the cutlery was reusable. We wanted everyone to have an amazing time, get everyone drunk and throw the most epic sangeet party of all time and that's something we totally nailed! At the wedding itself neither of us could go fully traditional so we did a mish mash of all the things that made sense to us: Aakash wore a topor, the bride wore off white, and we even managed to get (after much searching) an amazing female pandit who wrapped the whole thing up in half an hour!
Vendor Reviews:
Hotel Vista, Sultanpur: We loved the gorgeous lawns where we hosted both our sangeet and wedding. The food by Fio was to die for- we're still getting calls from our guests raving about the Phad Thai.
Simran Kalra Yashpal: Simran was a dream! She did the most subtle job perfectly to my taste on the wedding day.
Camera Waale Baraati is my own team and they were superb! It felt weird to be on the other side of the camera but my team made such beautiful pictures of Aakash and me that we've already got them framed and up in our home.
Hotel Vista's in-house team executed all our ideas perfectly. Shout out to Mr. Nempal and our wedding planners Shaadi Brigade who made it all happen.
Wedding Day: Matsya by Utkarsh Ahuja: I had seen the outfit on their Instagram page and loved it instantly. It was such a subtle and understated piece. The pink dupatta was especially lovely and I really liked the idea of loosely hanging it off my shoulder.
Paper Pixel Designs: Asha made these really lovely minimalistic invitations with bougainvillea flowers that really captured the spirit of our spring wedding. Really recommend her!
