An Elegant Delhi Wedding With Custom Anand Karaj Outfit

Shudita & Siddharth got married in Delhi with 2 ceremonies, celebrating both their cultures. Shudita wore some amazing outfits, but it was her Anand Karaj lehenga with her & Siddharth's name embriodered on it, that we loved the most. All her outfits screamed elegance and each and every look was absolutely breathtaking. With excellent captures by Hitched and Clicked★ 4.7 , this Delhi wedding quickly became our favourite.

We met through families and instantly clicked. It’s said that when you, know you know and that’s so true for us. We said yes after a few days and had a small roka ceremony to officiate it.

Even though we were so worried about every function - how things would turn out and most importantly the safety of others - we got the wedding of our dreams. The biggest learning for us was to enjoy every moment. We created memories that will last us a lifetime and we really can’t thank our family and friends enough for making us feel so special every step of the way. #SidHeartsShudita was an emotional yet joyful roller coaster for us and we made sure to enjoy each bit of it.

I finalised my wedding outfit as soon as I saw it at the Anamika Khanna store. A story no less than a fairytale - I knew it was for me. For someone who is very particular especially for her wedding looks, trust me I knew it when I saw the lehenga. I still remember trying it on the first time - it was exactly my size and the colour complimented my skin. When Jasreen at the store put the veil on my head, I started crying and said “This is it.” A little too Bollywood, I know, but it just felt right - like it was made for me. The colour, the embroidery, the fit. And the best part was that there was no other piece. I still think it was God sent! A special thanks to everyone at the store - Gurlene Aunty, Jasreen, Noor and Shiv bhaiya that made me feel like a princess!
