There are times when a wedding packs in so much action, we feel a shortage of space on here to showcase it. This is definitely one of those- right from the young, relaxed vibe of the cocktail to the power packed sangeet and then the Gujarati wedding - this one is full of tiny little ideas and details to steal for your own big day. Can we also just make a mention to the ultra elegant Kanjivarams on the respective moms and the brides spin on the panetar by wearing a lehenga in traditional Gujju colors? Love. Meet Priya and Abhishek

Most of their story can be found on the posters on their cocktail-but long story short. They were together in pre-school, till she moved away and randomly added him on Facebook one day. A year later, he pinged her and the rest is history.

The cocktail

So many creative details. The tags on the drink stirrers, the lit up birdcages and the posters

Sangeet

Wedding

From the bride: Apart from the private , small functions only for close family we had the Cocktail, Sangeet, Mehndi and Wedding. We were both very much involved in the planning of these events from the food tasting to the decor. We even had arguments over decisions but he mostly let me have it my way! On our cocktail we had a photobooth , where our friends clicked a gazillion pictures and we had arranged for an Instant photo guy to print and give out pictures to each guest. Apart from that,  we had a ton of posters outlining our wedding story, little tags on drink stirrers and just a young, fun vibe to the whole evening. On the wedding, our friends and family released lanterns into the night sky, which was a beautiful moment as well. My favorite moment from our wedding can't be narrowed down to any one but one of them would be the vidaii when my Dad narrated a poem out and I had controlled my emotions upto then but then I just broke down. The poem was about his baby girl growing up to have found her Mr.Right and him giving her away to him happily yet reluctantly with a heavy heart. Aayushi and Kanishka from The Wedding Salad caught  the right intimate and private moments of our wedding and were so easy and friendly to work with. The photographs have amazing quality as well and they make a very good team together
