I drank Raw Pressery detox for three days before my first event. Flat stomach and glowing skin guaranteed on your major event day.

I had very little time before my wedding because of my hectic work schedule. So I literally used the Youtube channel Blogilates to help me do workouts every day. Her workouts are strenuous and hectic but so so effective and fun too. The next day you can feel the burn in your body the way you would if you had a personal trainer. Can't recommend enough.
Shruti says
“Yoga! It was my one stop solution for weight loss, glowing skin and even a good immunity & metabolism system which is extremely essential when you are planning a wedding. I realized that when I was wedding shopping, I used to end up eating so much food outside as it’s virtually impossible to carry home-cooked food everywhere, especially when you are out of town. But yoga is one thing that I could do anywhere, be it Jaipur or at home which was a real lifesaver. But do note that unlike other forms of exercise, yoga takes a while...so start at least a year in advance.”
Shravanthi says
“I hired a nutritionist 6 months before my wedding who changed my diet plan drastically. I always thought that diet means less food but in fact, I was eating more food than before just at intervals. Also, I wasn’t eating any fancy berries and granola – I was eating plain roti sabzi but in less oil and more dal & sabzi. This helped me drop close to 8-9 kgs along with brisk walking (I hate gyms) in 6 months!”
Sasha says
“It was intensive pilates that did it for me. 16 weeks of pilates and cardio was my mantra as I was working 24/7 before that. At my own bachelorette party, everyone was in bikinis and I couldn’t wear one because of my stomach is when it hit me! I know that it’s a very lame reason but it got me to start exercising and I rocked my sangeet lehenga with abs! Lost close to 10 kgs in 16 weeks with minimum 4-5 days a week routines”
Sakshi says
“My goal was to lose 15-17 kgs before my wedding which was a huge goal but the only thing that made it possible was CrossFit training. Vijay Alva at Shivaji Park in Mumbai is a taskmaster but he is super good at what he does. Crossfit seems difficult at first but you don’t have to do at all on day one. You can gradually build into it – though it’s tougher than all the other workout options out there. But I got the results. 16 kgs off in 10 months!”
Prerna says
"If I have to give one advice to brides to be it is that change nothing else except give up sugar. The ONLY thing I did was stop putting sugar in my coffee/ tea and I cannot tell you I lost 4 kg's instantly in like 2 months without doing anything else. Apart from this I also ensured I was getting some physical exercise. Climbing up and down 5 floors instead of taking the lift every day helps.
