We do love our butter chicken and dal makhni but really, we need a big break from them. Especially at weddings, the menu needs some awesome time and again. So we decided to take a look at the coolest food items on the menu - ones that added an Indian flavour into an existing dish to give it some chutzpah. And some of these foods are so western but that's the point, isn't it? We got Jain Pizza at Pizza Hut so I'm guessing we can invent anything. Haha!
Well, butter and caramel popcorn are so boring and that's why we needed newer flavours to up the ante. Enter, jeera, desi mirch and spice curry and you are in 7th heaven. Easy and effortless, this one is.
