Asiana Couture - Chandni Chowk

PLS READ THIS POST BEFORE BUYING YOUR WEDDING LEHENGA FROM THIS PLACE I don't even want to give one star to this highly overrated store. I bought my wedding lehnga well in advance since I don't live in Delhi and also planned to pick it much before the wedding because of the same reason. And thank god I planned it this way or else I would have been forced to wear a much substandard product which didn't match a bit what I ordered. At the time of fitting as they got the lehnga in the room I told them it's not the same as what I ordered. Still the manager tried her best to convince me that it's the same. She gave all the random reasons that there is a lighting difference in the fitting room and thus the lehnga looks different. After at least 2hrs of debate the manager agreed to call for the original lehenga from Chandni Chowk store. Later, once the original lehenga was there to compare they agreed that the embroidery and the base color was not the same; they also agreed to make another Lehenga as early as possible. Even the second lehenga was not the same but was much better so I accepted. I wore a cheaper version of the original Lehenga and paid the full price. Since I belong to the same industry and understand the day to day working of the garment industry I can update you with some important points: 1. The products which you find at the Asiana Couture are not their designs. It's a curation of products from different production vendors. They take orders and pass on to them. 2. In such a situation Asiana doesn't have control over quality and thus some of us get very different products from what we actually saw at the store and ordered. 3. Also the pricing varies from store to store. My lehnga was priced 25% less in one of the Bangalore stores (https://www.samyakk.com/). And since the starting price for a lehenga at Asiana is 200k, it was a decent amount I over paid to this highly unprofessional brand. 4. I am sure Asiana doesn't have a quality team at their Noida office also to check if the bride's are getting their dream lehengas for which they have over paid the price. In conclusion, I would just say that the store is highly unreliable and you can't trust them with your life's most important outfit.

Asiana Culture Chandani Chowk Delhi(Shop No- 1854/55, First Floor, Main Road) is completely fraudulent. My family booked a lehenga and paid 25000 INR in advance. After collecting advance, they never answered calls in the last 2 months. When I visited their Shop, I got to know Asiana Culture has been CLOSED for the past few weeks and they have gone with the money of lots of other customers. All of their contact numbers are switched off. Guys, please be aware of such fraud people from Chandani Chowk.

Hi, This is a written complain against non delivery of promised products mentioned in bill no. JC/66 bill no. JC/67. A COMPLETE payment was done on date 24-09-2023. The delivered goods were missing 1.A second dupatta (as described and promised firstly while placing order). 2. A belt matching attire of lehenga. 3. A potli matching attire of lehenga. 4.full sleeves for blouse stitching. This was to be handled by Mr. kanhaiya who we met for our purchase. He specifically asked some two days for delivery of the missing goods also promising that he will make delivery of promised products as mentioned to our hotel we stayed then again promised to send product via courier to our residence in indore. Since 24-09-2023 we are trying to get our missing goods while also being given false promises to get our proper products. This is a written communication for your reference and future proceeding. Please resolve this because it may cost you some money but it will cost us a damaged memory of wedding. Won't recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress free shopping.
