I had the worst bridal experience at Rabia’s salon. I was hesitant to spend so much on bridal but did it anyway hoping that I’ll be well taken care of. But I was severely disappointed by the service. Firstly, when I was called for pre bridal services, the girls there were fighting amongst themselves as to who would take care of the job. They did everything too rapidly and had a pissed off reaction for even littlest of requests. Then on the D Day, I was at her home by 7:30 am and had to wait outside for half an hour. She was not picking phone and nobody was answering the door bell either. I was in such a confused state and very stressed. Imagine this happening on your wedding day and it’s pouring outside as well. Then finally when I did go inside, she had the lamest excuse that her lift was not working. She did makeup super fast. The girl who did my hair also didn’t style it properly. The curls didn’t stay for even an hour. And the makeup was also pretty average. Lipstick is as good as not applied so better keep your own with you. The environment was pretty dull and she had no interest in checking on the little things like applying some foundation on the back or anything. Had to prompt het and check things on my own. No attention to detail and charged humongous. Waste of money and time.

Rabia was very calm and did a fantastic job. Loved every makeup and look by her.

I got my Mehendi, Engagement and Sangeet Makeup done by Rabia and my sister also got her makeups done from Rabia. It was such a pleasant and wonderful experience! I also booked my pre-bridal package at her salon Innoxa and it was the best decision truly. Her team is so professional, friendly and helpful. I felt so much at home there and me and my sister were left awestruck when we looked at each other after getting dolled up by Rabia. She was very warm and also took care of last minute requirements. Rabia is quit hyped in chandigarh but I found her work not so great. She did a very basic makeup which could be done by any regular makeup artist. Service was not satisfactory.

She is brilliant and super quick at her work.. She is not a MUA who put in layers of makeup to completely change your look but very beautifully enhances ones natural beauty. She along her team specially her hairstylist is the best people you want for your wedding day.
