Jasleen's sales pitch, portfolio of work, and professionalism initially caught our attention and led us to engage her services. We found that Jasleen's prices were considerably higher compared to other vendors but assurances were made regarding the quality, creativity, and timely delivery and we signed up with her. Unfortunately, the actual delivery did not meet our expectations, with fundamental flaws. Given the substantial sum we were charged (15 lakhs), we expected a level of decor that was not reflected in the final outcome. Despite promises of exemplary service, we found that significantly less was delivered than what was agreed upon. Our attempts to provide constructive feedback were met with dismissiveness and defensiveness from Jasleen during a scheduled call. In conclusion, we cannot recommend Jasleen's services, especially considering the high price tag and discrepancies between promises and actual delivery. Finally, we advise others to exercise caution when evaluating decorators based solely on their portfolio photos. Everyone will only show their best photos. And as is often the case, the contracts heavily favor the vendors. With payment made in full before the event, we found ourselves in a vulnerable position with limited recourse for addressing any issues that arose.

Jasleen was our wedding planner, and she and her team did all of our decor as well. We cannot describe how grateful we are to them for making all of our dreams come true! She transformed spaces into breathtaking and awe-inspiring backdrops and coordinated everything so beautifully and elegantly. As we were planning the wedding from the States, the peace of mind that came from working with Jasleen and her team was invaluable. She is supremely talented and an absolute joy to work with; her kindness, attention to detail, and calm demeanor make her the perfect person to be with you every step of the way. She has become a part of our family, and we will always be thankful to her for making this important time in our lives so special.

Her decor is out of world . Though we were recommended by a family friend , but Jasleen’s work and her nature made her my family . Jasleen and her team were such a delight to work with! She is not just excellent at her work but more importantly she is a lovely person. She is energetic, positive and always works with a smile on her face. We had multiple meetings to discuss the venue, the decor, the requirements, props, flowers. Rest assured, she always has the best interests of her clients in mind and goes out of her way to deliver. Every little detail is taken care of which really helps the family be stress-free! We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

It was great working with them. Jasleen and her team are a nice bunch of people. The output provided was more than expected especially given the price negotiations made earlier. Our arrangement was to have a pastel theme built on empty land. Would recommend without a doubt and thanks again to them for making it memorable.
