When Bollywood runs through your blood (not literally but well you know what we mean), what better than to have an all out Bollywood style sangeet complete with callouts, posters and cushion covers from your favourite movies. Shot by the young and talented Joy Manavath Photography, and with outfits that are completely swoon-worthy, this wedding has a fun, infectious vibe to it that is the perfect Tuesday morning treat.

Don't miss the adorable ballet flats. Also love the photoshoot with her girls before she got ready!
From the bride: I'm from the creative field, and hence couldn't resist being involved a 100% in all the planning. and therefore everywhere and for each function my motto was " Different " So it was essential to be a part of the feel of the wedding. We had a Bollywood kitsch theme Sangeet wherein my husband planned each small detail for me since Bollywood is an integral part of me ( not literally but i live on those movies). The decor had Bollywood posters all around and even cushions had photos and lines from different bollywood movies. The spoof on me and Pratik that was organised by our friends was a Bollywood Masala through and through .However the cherry on the cake was my very special photoshoot with my girls 3 hours prior to my pheras. It was probably the best way to let go and I felt so calm post those clicks. My outfits turned out exactly like what I had hoped. To begin with my Sangeet lehenga with the orange , teal and pale pink working wonders together to create the perfect, vibrant sangeet outfit. My mehendi was more like a mehendi/cocktail where I wore a jacket style Green Anarkali lehenga by Sabyasachi. I did my hair up high and it gave a regal, royal effect. My wedding and reception I wore a Rani / fuchsia Pink and Gold sari Lehenga by Shyamal and Bhumika who so specially customised my entire look.Venue: Sangeet at Trident BKC, Mehendi at Blue Sea, Worli, Wedding at Hyatt Regency | Invitations: Krimson Invites | Makeup: Priya Todarwal | Brides outfit: Sangeet yellow lehenga from Poonam Saree Studio | Mehendi/Cocktail & Sangeet Lehenga from Sabyasachi | Wedding Lehenga from Shyamal & Bhumika| Grooms outfits: Self designed | Jewellery: R Jewels | Photography: Joy Manavath| | Decor: Vivaah Decorators | Mehendi Artist: Harin Dalal [handbook] Poonam Saree Studio, Priya Todarwal Makeup, Joy Manavath Photography & Harin Dalal Mehendi is a member of the Wed Me Good Handbook .
